My car fans come on soon as car starts and sometimes my car don't stary

if the air cond. is on or the defroster is on that's normal,for the fans, the no start may be a weak battery not turning the engine fast enough, or its flooded with fuel, hold the throttle to the floor if its flooded, if it don't even crank over the battery is dead from overnight drain or about wore out
