Nissan Altima 2013, No Key detected Alarm message and FOB battery is OK

Hi everyone, I have Nissan Altima 2013 and it always show me that Key is
Not detected message. I have changed the Battery of the FOB but message
is still there. I even tried to use the second FOB but it does not help. when i
start my car i have to put it close to the start button for 2 seconds to make it
start. they told me you could have an issue with ignition start button. is this
can be replaced without programming. Do you know what could be the
problem :( ????

Nissans no longer come with the slot to insert the fob for programming. And the dealer wants $115 to program it. This is what happens when technology out paces common sense.
