Stowaway seat second row..

Asked by Wolfhound Aug 22, 2015 at 11:09 AM about the 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Seat will not fold under.
I took it for a test drive and all seemed good. The salesman failed to tell me that this
seat did not work. They should have had it fixed before putting it up for sale.
The dealer says they don't know if their men can fix it since the are a Honda store.
REALLY???

Considering it's a 2013, have you contacted a Dodge dealer, to see if it is still covered under warranty, or recall? That would be my first step. Their techs can probably repair it, but if under mfg. warranty, I'd go to the guys that more experience with the problem. If Honda sold it to you with a warranty of their own, then it is their responsibility to get it repaired, if the mfg. warranty is expired.
