I have a Camaro 2013 RS convertible. I was wondering if anybody knew why my car is making a certain buzz on my passenger side of my car every time I hit high rpms.

It is possible something in or on the exhaust is vibrating causing the buzzing. Most common are the thin metal heat shields. Sometimes just bending them slightly can cure an issue like this. It also could be something else vibrating from the excessive RPM.
