if not running at normal temp, replace the thermostat, next try salvaging your antifreeze and check for blockag in the heater core hoses, next try, while the hoses are reconnected to core, but off of the water pump, use a garden hose to flush out the heater core, one direction, then reversed, to break loose any blockages, until water comes out clean. also something about the damper door(s) in the ductwork, check for sticking or motor/plunger failure, maybe your water pump

also if your a/c unit wasn't running for a while before you replaced the motor you should make sure the a/c is recharged. a reputable a/c shop should be able to tell very quickly if that is the problem
