You either have a bad caliper or a bad brake line. (There's also a remote chance it may be the emergency brake.) If it's not driveable then tow it to a shop. If you plan to work on it yourself, you can check if it's the brake line or caliper by pumping the brake pedal, letting off it, then cracking open the bleeder screw. If fluid shoots out, you likely have a bad line. If it trickles out, then you likely have a bad caliper.
