My 86 nissan 300zx will not idle down when I stop. stays at 12 or 13rpm sometimes drops to 8 or 9rpm where it should be. Everything is off AC, Lights ect..

here is a few things to check. number one is vacuum leaks its an old car. the other is TBS connector for corrosion it may not be giving the correct signal. Clean connectors fist
