Gas

E10 is better and straight gas is better yet. Your truck will tolerate E15 but you do not have to use it.
The truck is designed to run on E15 if that is what station has. It will operated on E10 or anything better, like straight gas. If your vehicle is not driven regularly I'd use straight gas. To show my point, place some E10 or E 15 fuel in a small empty glass jar. Let it sit on the shelf in the garage for a few days and come back. You'll notice the gas separating. Ethonol also attracts water, provided from the humidity in the air. This is why outboard engines usually recommend the use of straight gas.
