Need more information.........what are they doing....what are they not doing? Is this the fan that blows air into the passanger compartment? Is this the fan that cools the radiator?

The fan thats on the passenger side doesn't come on.. i put freon in but it still doesn't blow cold either

When you have the a/c on.......is the compressor turning? If your LeSabre has A/C that you set it at a certain temp (like 82) that system is a little different than the standard heating and cooling. There is a fan controller that could be bad and not turning on the fan. You can take a jumper wire and go directly to the blower motor and see if the motor works. Also on those units, the evaporator often get plugged with pollen, fuzz, etc and it cut off the air flow. See attached picture of a Riviera evaporator
