please help no headlights,dash,tail,interior lights,power locks all fuses are good

Your fuses might be good but there might no be power to the fuse box. There are two or more wires coming from the engine compartment that feed groups of fuses. In older cars, the electrical connectors become weak from the amount of amperage that they carry. When that happens, groups of electrical loads are left with no power. --- Check your fuse box with a meter to see if power is getting to the fuses that should be hot. There will be some circuits that only have power when the key is on so check those with your key on.
