I'm having an issue with my 82 Camaro. I keep finding fuel in the crankcase. I replaced the carb and put an electric fuel pump in but still having the problem. Any ideas on what else could be wrong?

Is it a 4 bbl carburetor ( Rochester) ? If so the float has become heavy and saturated with gas. Due to alcohol 10% carbs have many problems due to the fact that it draws moisture

New carb kit and float also epoxy the secondary metering wells drifts on the bottom of center section after cleaning before kit installation

It is a quadrajet with electric controls. I will check that. Thank you all
