I did damage to my Jeep Grand Cherokee but unknowing parking over a curb. Due to the lowering of the car due to the Quadra-Lift feature, my car lowered while I was in the store. When I backed out of the spot, I didn't realize the car had lowered onto the curb. Nowhere in the manual does it warn of this and now I have $1200 damage. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, did Chrysler reimburse you for the repairs since the manual did not warn of this potential problem? 2 Answers
