Call if you call a Ford Dealership and give them your vin # they can look it up for you. Just found this out today at the auto parts store when i went to purchase my cv joint. There are 2 different ones and I have to know which one to get the right part. It seems that one is approximately an inch or so longer than the other. You have to have the correct one for it to fit. They told me that code is on the transmission but if we could not see it there that we could take the dealership with the vin # to get the code.
