Planning to buy a used car BMW 3 Series xDrive 2013

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am planning to buy BMW 3 Series X-drive 2013 and approx cost around
19k-20k. I have following queries before sealing this deal -
1. This is going to be my first car in the USA as I moved here 1 year ago
only, Is it advisable to buy it now or should I go with some low budget car?
2. What about average annual maintenance cost (in terms of oil change and
other regular) of the car and comparison to other cars?
3. Approx. comparison to other cars, for repair and parts change, in case
applicable?

Any similar suggestions are most welcome, considering my priority as AWD,
Sunroof, Reverse Camera etc.

I would continue looking. If you are wanting reliability, there are 71 better choices. Cost of ownership is also very high as tennis and Tom said.
