i have a 2000 crown victoria how can u tell if the transmission is goin bad

slipping.delayed engagement,hard shifts, and weird noises. also by the colour and smell of the tranny fluid. If none of that made any sense to you;then, you could ask someone you know to take your car for a drive and peek at the dip-stick for you.

And going bad DOES NOT MEAN that the first thing you try is replacing the tranny,there are cheaper things to try out first.

I'm having problems with my car changing out as well but wen I put it on the machine it says something about my coolant sensor nothing about my tranny pulls up
