You say it doesn't crank but starter is ok! do you mean it won't start but the engine turns over or the starter does not even turn? If the starter is working but the engine won't start, try turning on the headlights and see if they dim when you try to start it. Report back.

First of all your oil has nothing to do with your problem , it could be a bad ignition switch ,bad starter not engaging , & a electrical problem..

First, do you have spark? If not, troubleshoot the ignition system. Then, do you have fuel to the engine? if not, troubleshoot fuel pump, lines, etc. Also, check computer for problems.

oil has some thing to do with it mark, no oil means no oil pressure. jump the starter relay and see if your starter will turn the car over. you find out if the starter works and if the crank is a healthy crank. also find out if the motor locked up.
