WILL 2010 P71 TRANSMISSION FIT EASILY WITH NO MODIFICATIONS ON 2008 P71?

Both of those are 4R75w transmissions. I really think it would work, but I am not 100% sure. Perhaps a transmission repair shop could tell you.

You have to change the valve body. My buddy just put an 06 trans into his 2010 P7B. Easy to do

2007 and 2008 are the only interchangeable years. it you want to swap any thing after that it will work. other wise you have to change valve bodys and part of the neutral safety assembly. just did it and it worked fine.

Hello when you say anything after 07/08 would work what exactly do you mean?are you saying that if I use the old valve body and solenoids off of the 07/08 transmission on the newer transmission it will bolt up to it and work ?thanks just found this kind of interesting
