How to talk to Ford and your service dept for failing transmissions!  Seriously, they're saying its Normal?
Ford will say the noises coming from your Automatic transmissions are Normal.  Stop them and do not let them take that attitude, the vehicle has big tranny issues sounding like alumin cans crushing. This is Not Normal, do not let them say it is and brush you off.  Take a stand and say these Noises are bad, loud, and dangerous and I never bought a car that had these noises and I'm not about to listen to your excuses!  
State it like this:  I hear aluminum cans crushing in my tranny, and want you to fix it.  It might be Normal for Ford, but it is NOT NORMAL to me and it is NOT ACCEPTABLE!  Fix it, or Buy Back this LEMON car.

Also, ask the service dept for Ford Customer Relations 800-392-3673.  Call them immediately, get a CASE # like we did, Document everything. Do Not accept this.  Do Not delay!

Shelby,all i can say,is it is under warranty,and as long as it roll,s there not gona do anything,i think i would put the tranny to the ford motor test,,like ebrake,and pedal to floor,this will make the can,s fly out and then you may have them,where you want them to be,,if it sound,s this bad it can,t stand this much pressure,then make a call to the ford service dept,and tellem where they can come tow thw car from,to put that new tranny in,,,just my thought,s,and is not intended to harm,nor hurt anyone,but dont, wait until the warranty goe,s out,,,
