My alarm keeps going off for no reason on my 2014 300S. What is the problem?

So, you've checked to make sure the keys aren't having the panic button pressed mistakenly when in a pocket/purse, etc? Is the battery in good condition and the connections tight? Have there been any other odd electrical gremlins with the vehicle, such as an out of place battery drain issue or anything? That was a random few suggestions, but if it's truly not obvious and really is happening with no sort of traceable pattern, I'd suggest visiting a dealer or other highly qualified shop.

Thank you very much. I have already taken it to the dealership (still under warranty) and they did nothing because the alarm did not go off in their presence. It stopped for a few weeks and now it's doing it again. The only similarity between when it started and now is the weather. Rainy. I checked the doors to make sure they were shut properly. The fob was no where near the car when the alarm went off. No odd electrical gremlins. I will get my car back to the dealership and insist on a fix.
Same problem with our 2014 300 Varvatos Edition. Champion Chrysler has had it 4 times, for a total of about two months at their garage and claims it has never gone off there. Even though it has gone off while we were dropping it off the last three times. Under warranty and I think they just don't want to deal with it. Still does it and we have no idea why after being without our car for two months.
Did you ever find the problem with your Chrysler? Our 2014 Town and Country started having a similar issue. While sitting at a stop light, it will randomly start honking and headlights flashing as if someone pushed the panic button. We changed the battery in the fob and had the van battery checked, which was good. We've only owned it a couple years and it's had so many issues. Chrysler has been really not helpful when it was still under warranty. So incredibly disgusted. I'm hoping maybe your solution will help us out.
The same problem as above. Alarm keeps going off randomly. I'm pretty sure it only happens when it is raining. And at the moment in Brisbane Australia, it is (unusually) raining often. So my neighbours are ready to torch my car. The dealer is no help unless I cough up mega bux for their 'assistance'. Was wondering if anyone knew how to PERMANENTLY disarm the alarm - 2014 300S? Cheers for any assistance.
Had the same problem with my 2014 300c. Remove the negative and positive battery cables from the battery and clamp together for 20 minutes. I had to remove the body ground for this to be possible. This clears the ecu. Re attach cables and you should be good to go.
