No display on "computer" screen after battery died and was recharged. The radio works but the display screen is completely blank.

You will need to have the computer re-flashed, this will happen when the battery dies.
How do I re-flash the computer.
Figured it out. The 29 fuse in the box under the hood blew. It's labeled backup. I replaced it and all is well.
Thank you mosfunky. I just had the same issue and of course the technician form AAA was totally clueless and left with any help.
Hold the power button in for a few seconds and the system will reactivate.

it's the main nob used to control the volume. Just push down and hold
I had a blank screen Thank you to the various gurus - I got the radio to restart by push and hold power This happened after I needed to jump my 16 CRV after just the flashers were left in for a few minutes - no idea yet why I had to jump it
Had to change battery in car 2018 honda civic. Now screen wont come on .took to dealership .they have no idea .please help.

As above, after the battery has been replaced, recharged, or whatever was needed and the engine now starts, after a few minutes driving, all the alarm lights on the dash will return to normal. The black display screen is rebooted by starting the engine and then pressing and holding the radio power button for several seconds.
