You need service...may have a service code when you depress the odometer stem. Codes are in the owners manual

It does fine in 1 & 2 gear but as soon as it gets to 3 its slow, like its stolling or flooding out what can i do to fix this?

What can be possible problems, if my Honda cuts on runs and after about a minute, it starts to stall as if it wants to shut off, but it doesn't.it stalls out about 3 times, then its fine.
