What is the max voltage drop I should see from the
battery when starting my vehicle?

About 1 volt when cranking. Take a look at the link...http://www.aa1car.com/library/voltage_drop_testing.htm

200 amps draw when cranking Bob's right but if the battery is in good shape it should rebound to within 2/10 of a volt after cranking
