Took out radio, cut wires that go into wire harness haven't installed new radio yet. It wont let me roll windows up or start engine.

These will go full screen I have been looking at a dozen schematics trying to find the 'connection' between radio harness and engine starting, didn't even try to get in to windows. When you start cutting wires, especially looms and harness, you can expect trouble. Start looking at fuses. One by one. Now here is one

That wire is just the constant power that keeps memory in the radio. In hindsight they make conversion harnesses that just plug in so you don't have to cut out things. Here is a thought, you working in the truck maybe with the door open/interior lights on wouldn't have happened to drain your battery?
