shifting rpms
I just recently bought a 2015 chevy equinox ltz, 6cyl awd, and it seems to be shifting at higher rpms and maybe even stalling there before shifting. Is this car geared for higher shifting rpms or is this call for concern?

2007 chevy equinox LT AWD overheats at idle, idle is dropping to below 1000 rpms, can put in neutral and get rpms up to 1500 or more and problem goes away, when it does overheat it also says to check engine oil, i have replaced thermostat and flushed radiator, and changed the oil. anyone have any ideas, thinking it is electrical short, or something like that, when on highway i have no problems. 3 Answers
