Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My check engine light comes on and off every other day my
car stutters around 3rd gear and when I'm just cruising
down the road. Power has definitely decreased and gas
mileage as well I was told it could be a oxygen sensor or a
bad coil pack. Any suggestions??
