You can buy a car, but your problem is going to be to get insurance on the car.

Only problem is if you take a brand new 2015 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus to the DMV for a drive/license test you can be assured that the examiner will pick on you... every little mistake will be noted. Borrow a beater car from somebody
