1996 gmc Yukon vortec v8. runs great. till you let it sit 30 min then no start. checked fuel ,has 64 psi has spark. just won't start in the morning or after it sits. any clues?

Need to check the fuel pressure and for spark when engine will not start.

Yes. There is both @ startup. And still nothing until I prime with a little gas. I am sure the injectors are not priming the cyclders prior to starting. I rented a fuel pressure tool and all is fine. In specs. And like I said once it starts you can drive all day ,no problems. New plugs. New cap,button,wires,fuel filter. Also it has 96,000 orig miles. I need help

Sounds like you have dirty fuel injectors add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank and clean throttle body with throttle body cleaner spray. Also check air filter.
