what is the difference between full syntetic, synthetic and synthetic blend?

I have a 2015 Honda CRV Touring.  I posted on the owners message board about my 1st oil change and everyone said I should get full synthetic.  I settled on Midas (please don't veer off topic about Midas). At first they said they were putting full syn in my car but then when I got there they said the computer call for synthetic.  they said it's not Full syn but it's not a syn blend either.

Can anyone explain what they put in my car? Is it the same full syn that everyone is talking about on the message board? Here is a link:

Thanks so much for taking the time to answer. I know the oil that is recommended for my car and what synthetic blend is. I'm trying to figure out what type of oil Midas used. They said it's not blend and it's not full ... that it's just synthetic. Does that make sense?
