ok i have a 01 ford focus with a new head on it! and i got it back yesterday  
and i put up to a stop sign and it dies and i have to read crank it to get it going!
and the shop says that the number 3 chamber piston ring is stuck ? but it
seems low on power. i have a another mechanic tell me that its a compression  
problem ? what do you think! please help!!

Low on power is a compression issue..
