01 ford focus se brakes

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When i hit the brake, the pedal goes all the way to
the floor & it is difficult to stop at short distances.
The problem started yesterday morning. I tried
pumping the brake pedal but it just goes to the
floor each time. The brake fliud resevior is full & i
cant find any leaks. Is the line pinched? What do i
need to look at?

Bleed your brakes and flush with all new fluid, hopefully you just have water in the lines it will accumulate naturally through condensation. If that doesn't do it then the seals in your brake master cylinder are likely shot and you should replace it. Hope this helps
