I bought a year old used Ford Edge Titanium from Enterprise Car Sales. I opened my key fobs to find manual key. Both are not etched. Has anyone encountered this? Or have recommendations on what to do?

they probably lost the keys, got new ones had them reprogrammed, but never bothered to get the back up keys cut, I'd go back and complain

You bought the car "as is" so I'm not sure you will get anywhere. Enterprise rents cars so someone in the past rented/lost it. You can still complain but be prepared to leave empty handed...legally anyways.
