92' GMC Idoler/tension pulley

I just changed out the tension Idoler/tension pulpy
and I'm still hearing a squicking sound and now it's
even loader than before, what could it be?

When you change the idler pulley and tensioner, you should make sure there is not more than 1 idler. Serpentine belts squeak or chip if they are not lined up...or an accessory is binding the the AC pump, or power steering pump, Remove the belt and check SPIN all the other pulleys make sure none are stuck or binding
