Weird issues

Starting two weeks ago my a/c would randomly stop
working. Then two days ago my husband tried to turn it on
again and the whole system kinda went haywire. The a/c
was blowing in full blast the lights and screens were
flashing, the radio turned off and then all of a Aiden it
stopped. Now the a/c still doesn't work and the car won't
start. But not like dead battery or starter issues, like it
drains all the energy just unlocking the doors and then
nothing works at all won't start. Please help!

That's a lot stuff going on there, and I hope it's just one simple electrical cause. Is it still under warranty? Have the dealer run the VIN for service bulletins and recalls. I remember GM have a few for the A/C going haywire. Watch for check engine lights too.
