How do I go about achieving a wider stance on my STOCK 2004 Honda Civic (low offset, backspacing ect)

Question type: Car Customization

I want to personally customize my wheels/tires to stick out past the fenders
even just a quarter of an inch, or become more flush with my fenders on all 4
wheel wheels of my 04 Civic LX.
I need help on how to go about starting this process, possible cost estimate, if
i can do it myself, ect.

You would have to look into getting your stock fenders rolled out or flared out. Alternatively, you can buy those stick on flares.
