i have a 2016 malibu lt. at about 40 mph the car feel like its going over a slightly bumpy road but you dont feel in the steering wheel or brake pedal. after 40 mph it goes away and comes back around

it comes and goes around 40 mph and 60 mph. its not shaking its more like a
hard vibration . dont feel in the pedals or steering wheel. any ideas?

Sounds like a wheel balance issue. Have the wheels inspected to see if any weights are missing and check the tires for a possible broken belt (bump in the tread areas).

just had new tire put on. the car doesnt shake its like a shudder or vibration . it happens around 40mph goes away and comes back again around 60mph. thx for the response
