Fuelrelay?

I have a 93honda civic 1.5 nonvtec and when
i get on highway for about 30min doing
60miles or more the car jurks and dies on
me ! Ill let it sit for a wile and it starts right
back up! And when im comeing to a stop at
a light sometines it just dies but only at a
stop and when im going over 60  for a long
time ive changed fuelpump and it still doing
it ?
