New battery alternator and starter car rent on cruise control for an hour then stalled and went dead won't crank no more

New battery alternator and starter drovr csr cruise
control for about half an hour then the car stalled.
When I cut off the driving lights I'll gain more power
but eventually car cut off lost all power and wont
crank no more

Sounds to me that the alternator isn't charging Have someone check the battery voltage with an ohm meter before starting ( 12 volts ) then start it & check again it should be about 14 1/2 volts if it's charging
