I have a honda civic, 2002 manual, and the a/c started running intermittantly and then stopped, and now the heater isn't working as well. You can feel hot air at the vent, but it doesn't blow. I popped the hood and the fans that sit at the radiator aren't running either. Is it just a fan belt problem? Or something like a heater core or fuses? Anything helps! Thank you!

the rad. fans run only when needed watch them long enough and they will run, no belt drive, just electric. I would check the fuses. don't let the heat gage go to hot while checking things out. check coolant level, rad fan kick in when hot enough, and heat at both heater hoses at firewall to prove core not blocked
