What does it mean when the water over flow out of
the water visor just put a new thermostat in and
mater pump what could b the problem

Are you filling the radiator at the factory recommended level? Maybe there is too much water in it and once it goes back into the water visor it overflows. By the way, if you can, use the recommended coolant instead of water; it will save you money in the long run.
