I was replacing the radio and I shorted the wires for the radio and now the car won't start the windows won't roll down the windshield wipers dont work headlights do but there are no blown fuses a...

My 96 explorer the radio doesn't work n neither does windshield wipers,the other day the radio came on n so did the windshield wipers ,n now neither one does again
