Question type: Maintenance & Repair

For last few years she has problem with her idling. Especialy in winter and or even early fall, rpm is up to 2500 right after i started her. After warmed up engine, she puurs like kitten. All vac hoses are ok and rest of wiring conectors. I have rebuilt this Civic from wrecker. And i know little bit of repairs. She was ok after i put her on the road (rpm wise that is) dont have scaner and even if i do they are not relaiable, compare to garage ones.?? Thank you for your input and above all
Cheers Steva

Could be the Idle Air Control Motor, or have seen many brake boosters leak causing vacuum leaks.
