I have a 1999 Honda Civic%2C has spark%2C I turn it over but it doesn%27t start%2C Started once but won%27t stay running.

Try your crank pos sensor. You can check it with a standard light to see whether or not you are getting fire and control signal at the coil. Test your coil as well. If the coil is firing then move on to crank position sensor. If the coil is not firing check for control signal. Place your test light on the plug going into the coil make sure you get it on the right wire when you crank the car you should see the light go on and off at a steady pulse
