Have smog code p0 300 n p0302 n p0303 misfires n cylinders 2 and 3 can someone help me fix my daughters car

Should include new wires on it, po300 is a random miss fire, causes also includes wires, and water in the gas, put an additive in the gas to dissipate the water that has an isopropel base like what is in the Red bottle of Heat. There are others with isopropel that work just as well if not better. I just can't remember the brands.
