is the check engine light on? also try removing your IACV and cleaning out the two holes on it very good with carb cleaner works more times than not and if it doesnt work it only costs like 5 bucks

More than likely to be IACV. After clearning and it still does the same thing try a voltage test on the plug to see if its getting power
