Car coolant heating

Coolant in my car is heating but when I put
water in the radiator,coolant temperature
Was normal.can anyone tell what the
problem is.i have changed thermostat as
well.water in radiator lasts a week.

Hi there Thanks for your reply.i have done a major service in September.iam attaching a copy of invoice.could you please check that the current problem was done earlie, because he gave a warrant for 1 year.this service was done to fix coolant leakage. Thanks
