Should I get it fixed? Or is it saying It's working? Someone said it might be my brake shoes need attention. What's your view?

A cursory search of the issue related to your car yielded this https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion-c3311_ds36307 It could be that your abs sensor went bad, or that the sensor on your wheel hub isn't sending the proper signal back to the ecm. But, I would start simple and work from there. See if the button will allow you to turn it back on. If not, then start diagnosing from simple to complex.
