2003 Hyundai sonata died while driving like it lost compression. no noises just died. now it turns over but sounds like it has no compression

If your Sonata Over 10 years of age , don't forget Possible that is Timing Belt failure

ok so i took the valve cover of and all the rocker arms had came of on the intake side. does this mean i bent the valves. the belt is torn but not broke.
