Have spark fire and fuel crank but not start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car ran fine got up to go to work and
nothing..replaced spark plug wires, fuel injectors,
timing belt is good. .new fuel rail and sensor a
crank shafts sensor,a relay, ignition coil. New fuel
filter...HELP..been without a car for 4 weeks now
and nobody can seem to figure out what's wrong?!?

If an engine has proper fuel mixture , a timed spark and at least 100 psi compression all the laws of physics demand that a combustion must take place ,,, what are you missing?
