I swapped my 1992 350ci engine out for a 1994 350ci engine out of a
silverado everything is in place except it is not getting any power to the
injectors is are the computers compatable from these years? One injector is
stuck on but other than that im getting no fuel and there is no power to the
injectors

Are they both throttle body injection? Usually voltage to fuel injector is fuse protected and goes hot with key on. If no voltage, check that first, if you haven't already. Yeah, you need voltage and ground for fuel injectors to work, the computer should control ground pulse.
I don't know if computers are compatible? I just now saw your last sentence, my bad.
I will check the fuse.. and they are the exact same throttle bodies between the two engines. do you know if there is a regulator for the injection that isn't the ecm? or if there is some sort of secondary computer?
The computer controls the ground pulse. For ground, there is no other control, as far as I know. If voltage on both wires at fuel injector, key on, there is no ground. Could be the ground wire is open or the computer has a problem? A faulty fuel injector might damage pcm?
