We are having a problem fueling our 2005 dodge ram pickup truck the pump keeps shutting off

Sounds like your re-fueling control valve (EVAP) or charcoal canister may be bad. This is a one way valve that connects the fuel tank to the EVAP charcoal Canister. It's purpose is to send vapors to the charcoal canister instead of the air when you are re-fueling. If it's plugged up it will not allow vaprs to escape fast enough and cause the pump to shut off.
